Dorman builds this Alternator to the original equipment envelope, so it bolts into the original equipment location using the factory hardware. Windings are resin-impregnated and the rectifier is heat-sinked properly, which matters far more than peak output on a component that lives next to the exhaust. Sold as a premium-tier fitment with the longest warranty in the range.
