Dorman builds this Heater Core to the original equipment envelope, so it bolts into the original equipment location using the factory hardware. The housing is moulded from a glass-filled polymer that tolerates repeated heat cycling without going brittle. A value-tier fitment for a sensible repair on an older vehicle, not a compromise on safety.
